My Practice

Staff

Coming to see a Specialist can be a stressful task for some patients but my staff are especially trained to help make this process as simple and stress free as possible for you. My staff are happy to assist you in any way that they can.

Jen and Marie Lynn are my principal secretaries. You will often speak to them on the phone to make appointments or help sort out any problems. They generally co-ordinates the daily running of the practice. They also does the bulk of the practice typing of letters I have dictated back to your GP or referring Doctor.

Sue is one of my part-time receptionists and practice book keeper. You'll sometimes meet Sue at the front desk of the practice or speak to her on the phone when she is not busy with the book keeping. Sue is also a Registered Nurse and may be involved in changing dressings.

Karen is my practice manager and responsible for the overall running of the office and practice.

During surgery most operations require the need for a surgical assistant. The surgical assistants are qualified Doctors with specific expertise in assisting surgeons in the performance of operations. I have 2 regular Doctors which assist me on different days. You are therefore likely to meet either Dr BabaK Eskandari-Marandi or Dr Cole Weatherall on the day of your surgery.

Any surgery you may have will usually require an anaesthetic. I use 3 main Anaesthetic groups for providing this service. These groups are the Greenslopes Anaesthetic Services (GAS) - phone number 38474477, South East Brisbane Anaesthetic Services (SEBAS) - phone 32993227, and the River City Anaesthesia - phone 33332535.
